In this role, you’ll own the business end-to-end, working across strategy, P&L, marketing, partnerships, and execution to scale the brand and build a strong local community. Your Tasks Take full P&L responsibility for the market, ensuring profitable and sustainable growth. Develop and implement the local business strategy in alignment with Yepoda’s global goals. Lead influencer marketing to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and sales, managing relationships with top-tier and micro-influencers. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, including retail, media, and brand collaborations, negotiating agreements to maximize value. Lead cross-functional projects, bringing together operations, product, marketing, and logistics, while advocating for local market needs. Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape, translating insights into actionable strategies for growth. Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership. Your Profile 7 years of experience in marketing, business development, or general management, ideally in beauty, D2C, or consumer lifestyle industries. Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering growth in a fast-paced environment. Strong expertise in influencer marketing and social media ecosystems. Excellent cross-functional project leadership skills — able to align and mobilize teams to deliver impact. Strong negotiation and partnership management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and execute hands-on. Analytical, data-driven decision-making capabilities.
