Your Responsibilities

* Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer requests
Requirements
* Fluent German (C1–C2)
* Good English skills (B2+)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Customer-focused attitude
* Basic computer and typing skills
* Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
