Your Responsibilities
* Support the development and implementation of our knowledge management strategy
* Maintain an effective knowledge sharing system and its content
* Enhance the multilingual offerings of our knowledge base
* Assist in expanding the technical content within our knowledge base
* Collaborate with various departments to facilitate knowledge management processes
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and knowledge sharing
* Provide ad-hoc support for project work as needed
Your Qualifications
* You're enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Sales, IT, or a related field
* You have basic proficiency in standard business tools
* You possess high proficiency in both English and German, written and spoken
* You have strong editorial skills regarding format, structure, and linguistic style
* You are assertive and confident in your communication
* You have a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
