As a Trainee in the Key Account Management & Solution Design area, you will be part of our ASPIRE trainee program and learn how to develop individual customer solutions along the supply chain. You will gain insights into project management, customer relationships, and challenges associated with integrating new customers.
Throughout an 18-month program, you will rotate through various stations at national and international locations and work closely with our Business Units TECH, Healthcare, and Consumer Products. This will lay the foundation for your future career - for example, as a Project Manager or Key Account Expert with a strong customer focus.

Your Qualifications:
* You have completed a degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a comparable field - preferably with a focus on logistics or supply chain management.
* You bring initial practical experience in logistics or project management - e.g., through internships, student jobs, or study projects.

* You possess very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
