Responsibilities
* Manage Windows OS (7-10), Active Directory, and Group Policies
* Support Office 365, antivirus, and encryption solutions
* Troubleshoot PC hardware/software issues
* Administer mobile devices (iOS/Android) via MDM
* Provide helpdesk support via ticketing system
* Be available for occasional after-hours support
Required Skills
* CompTIA A+ or MCP certification preferred
* Hands-on experience with AD, GPOs, and Office 365
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Cloud experience (Azure, Intune)
* Network basics (TCP/IP, VPN)
