Your Tasks – What You can expect as IT Business Partner FICO (f/m/d):
* You identify and analyse business requirements as well as conception of creative and innovative IT solutions, taking into account strategic goals.
* You identify process gaps and improvement potentials, implement them in alignment with the different stakeholders.
* You d evelop global solutions and architectures with the aim of further increasing the degree of automation, e.g. through RPA or workflow automation.
* You ensure the compliance of SAP FI/CO processes with the defined templates as well as of Finance process excellence under the utilization of Celonis as a process mining tool.
* You are part of our digital transformation program, coordinate with the execution team to get the new digital vision as well as new demands prioritized and implemented.
* You lead global project activities in an agile working mode in the area of Finance and Controlling.
Your Profile – What do You bring as IT Business Partner FICO (f/m/d):
* You have at least a relevant Bachelor of Science degree, a Master or MBA degree is preferred and 7+ years of work experience as a Senior Consultant (w/m/d) with Finance and Controlling background.
* You are highly motivated to continuously learn and open-minded for new technologies in Finance.
* You bring profound knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules in a SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 Hana environment.
* You have profound communication skills in English (German is a plus) to manage different management levels to ensure buy-in of proposed solutions as well as project management experience in a global environment.
* You are willing to travel approx. 20% (Home base in Siegburg).
