After rapid growth in recent years, we are seeking ambitious talent to contribute to our success story.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the Senior Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsScreen and direct incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; respond on behalf of the Senior Director when appropriatePrepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and eventsOrganize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-upsHandle confidential documents, ensuring they remain secure and organizedLiaise with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners on behalf of the Senior DirectorQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferredExperience in an executive or personal assistant role is a plus, but not mandatoryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of calendar and scheduling toolsStrong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detailFluent verbal and written communication skills in German & EnglishAbility to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentialityFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with a strong hands-on mentalityAdditional Information:CYBEX operates globally with employees from diverse nations.
