We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Corporate Officer. As an independent individual in the financial industry, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of services including domiciliation, corporate secretarial, accounting, fund administration, directorship, tax compliance, and company winding-up assistance.

* Assisting with the onboarding of companies and establishing their corporate structures
* Overseeing day-to-day management activities related to these companies
* Coordinating and managing board meetings, general meetings, and drafting various corporate legal documents
* Communicating with notaries, banks, and authorities
* Preparing necessary bank documentation and due diligence processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
Your qualifications:
* Diploma in Law or strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
* 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar role
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
* Excellent proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer)
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
* Proactive and initiative-driven
* Organized and methodical approach
