About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead growth initiatives across key marketing channels and international markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments, enjoys scaling campaigns, and combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving.
You’ll own campaign strategy and execution end-to-end, working closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to drive sustainable user growth.
What We’re Looking For
- A performance marketer with strong hands-on experience across major UA channels
- Expertise in either Google Ads or Paid Social is preferred, though broad multi-channel experience is equally valuable
- Someone comfortable managing and scaling large marketing budgets
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills
- A data-driven thinker who can turn insights into actionable growth opportunities
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, and emerging channels
- Manage large-scale budgets across multiple acquisition channels
- Build and execute structured testing strategies to improve performance
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to test and scale winning ad concepts
- Analyze campaign performance across the full funnel and identify optimization opportunities
- Explore and test new partners, channels, and growth initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to align growth strategies with business goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in User Acquisition or Performance Marketing, ideally within mobile apps or gaming
- Strong understanding of attribution models, SKAN, MMPs, and postback systems
- Experience with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing
- Proven track record of scaling campaigns successfully across multiple channels
- Experience with DSP platforms such as Kayzen, Smadex, or similar is a plus
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-moving environment
