We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Risk Prevention Business Division, focusing on surgical products globally.
* Develop and implement product strategy to drive growth and achieve targets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the product development pipeline, addressing customer needs and value proposition.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and development.
Responsibilities include:

1. Product Strategy Development: Contribute to the development of the product strategy to reach growth targets.
2. Product Development Pipeline: Drive the product development pipeline considering customer needs and value proposition.
3. Market Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends, developments, and competitor activities.
4. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product lifecycle from idea generation to launch and exit.
Qualifications:
Requirements
* Background in scientific or business studies or equivalent experience.
* Global experience in similar roles, preferably in tender-driven markets.
* Experience in the Medical Device industry, especially in products used in OR environments (surgeries).
* High market and customer orientation, project management skills, and solution-oriented mindset.
