Job Responsibilities
* Leverage your expertise in B2B sales to drive growth and expansion in Germany, working closely with our marketing and product teams to identify and pursue new opportunities.
* Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the German maritime industry, using these connections to inform and enhance your sales strategy.
* Represent our company at key meetings and events in Hamburg and beyond, ensuring that our brand is well-represented and that our values are upheld.
* Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless handovers and successful project outcomes.
* Deliver consistent results and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and contributing to our success in the region.
Requirements:
* C2/native-equivalent proficiency in German language, fluent in English.
* Based in the Hamburg region.
* Strong existing network in the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services).
* 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the maritime, SaaS, or travel domain.
* Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, international team.
