For our department Compliance, Sales Partner and Traide Affairswe are looking for a Senior Compliance Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible:
Your responsibilities:
1. You will further develop our Compliance Management System, with a focus on Anti-Bribery & Corruption and Antitrust
2. You will independently conduct risk assessments, random analyses, and focus audits, and prepare reports and guidelines
3. You will implement and manage the (Social) Compliance Management System in coordination with stakeholders from G+D Currency Technology and the G+D Group
4. You will advise and support the Chief Compliance Officer regarding legal requirements and ‘golden’ standards and implement these
Your profile:
5. You have a completed Master degree in law, economics, political science, sociology, psychology or a comparable qualification
6. You have several years of relevant professional experience in the field of compliance and in dealing with commission-based business partners
7. Experience in the field of CSR and knowledge of relevant standards and legal requirements in the area of human rights are an advantage
8. You possess very strong analytical and conceptual skills, combined with a self-reliant, solution-oriented and structured approach to work
9. You are able to present complex issues in a simplified manner
10. Your excellent communication skills enable you to collaborate very well within the team
11. You have very good German and confident English language skills
