Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing reliability concerns and actively participating in relevant boards
2. Provide technical support to resolve operational issues and lead root cause investigations with corrective actions
3. Conduct quality and surveillance audits to ensure continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction
4. Forecast safety and reliability performance using statistical methods and risk analysis
5. Manage issues affecting maturity, lifecycle cost, reliability, and maintainability while safeguarding design intent
6. Deliver and analyze lifecycle data to optimize platform availability and support the Service Operation Validation Strategy
7. Prepare and present technical reports and communications to customers, regulators, and internal stakeholders
8. Identify requirements for new health monitoring systems and ensure regulatory and technical compliance
9. Proactively assess fleet and component reliability to drive product optimization
10. Ensure structured data capture and knowledge management to improve products and future design solutions
11. Collect in-service data and implement continuous improvement through best practices and lessons learned, feeding insights into future programs and product design
Profile
12. Degree-level qualification in a relevant field
13. Proven technical expertise and specialized skills
14. Solid knowledge of engine components and systems; understanding of engine controls is an advantage
15. Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex programs
16. Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence
17. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively
18. Willingness to take ownership of tasks and processes with accountability
19. High level of self-motivation, flexibility, initiative, and action orientation
20. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
21. Fluent in spoken and written English
