We are looking for someone with a firm understanding of common project management principles as well as marketing. In other words, to be an effective marketing project manager at PAJ GPS, you'll need a combination of marketing skills and project management skills.
Activities
The Job:
1. Take full ownership of our E-Logbook product, from feature development to market positioning.
2. Identify new target audiences and market opportunities to expand our customer base.
3. Monitor project progress, comparing outcomes with predetermined KPI's and conduct competitive and market analysis to refine our strategic direction.
4. Support the sales team with in-depth product knowledge and create compelling sales materials.
5. Manage communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the team has the information and buy-in needed to get the project across the finish line.
6. Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
7. Build and manage strategic partnerships to drive B2B growth.
8. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Requirements
9. Experience in product management and/or marketing, ideally in telematics, GPS tracking, or software solutions.
10. Strong technical understanding of digital products and SaaS applications.
11. Analytical and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively present product benefits, both in English and German.
13. Project management skills – ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
14. Prior experience working with B2B clients and familiarity with SaaS or hardware products.
15. Ability to meticulously focus on project specifics while maintaining a big-picture perspective.
16. Passion for innovation and market expansion in a fast-growing industry.
