With us, you have the option to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.You take end-to-end responsibility for the technical architecture of AEP solutions – with a focus on Real-Time CDP, CJA, and AJO – and act as a trusted sparring partner for leadership teams driving digital transformation.You design robust, well-structured data models (XDM), orchestrate identity frameworks and segmentation strategies, and translate them into scalable AEP platform setups.You connect systems, data sources, and customer touchpoints – efficiently, securely, and with high performance. Whether it's CRM integration, source/destination connectors, or API governance – you think holistically and execute with precision.You identify the potential of new Adobe components early on – such as Offer Decisioning – and proactively bring innovation into projects and our internal competence center.You lead multidisciplinary teams with a clear focus on outcomes, manage budgets, and develop reliable architecture concepts for proposals and customer presentations.You share your expertise – internally and externally. Through workshops, training sessions, and strategic customer conversations, you strengthen our teams and position yourself as a recognized expert in your field.You have many years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform – ideally within complex enterprise setups across both B2C and B2B environments.
