Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder you act as Customer Resolution Specialist (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
6. Participate in and contribute to a high performing cross functional customer account support team and customer resolution services team
7. Responsible and proactive management of the customer specific open order book
8. Build and maintain strong customer satisfaction through industry leading quick response times as well as qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiries
9. Handle quotations and customer orders pertaining to the products including timely follow up on quotations, claims and orders in accordance with KPIs
10. Maintenance of customer records
11. Drive customer satisfaction by providing high quality responses to all customer related requests for spare parts and related services
12. Maintenance and development of the customer service quality level
13. Directly contribute to the increase in customer satisfaction and enhance internal and external communication related to customer material order performance
14. Support organisation in securing on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations
15. Train and Support our customers in using our e-commerce platforms
16. Participate in back-up arrangements in support of absence by other Customer Resolution Specialists
17. Participate in periodic functional and cross-functional activities (e.g. projects, meetings etc) as per agreement with the Manager
Your profile:
18. Completed studies in supply chain / logistics, buiseness administration, industrial engineering or comparable
19. Professional experience in procurement, customer service and logistics
20. Experience in the field of shipping or aviation is an advantage
21. Good knowledge of SAP and Google Workshop
22. High proficiency in English both written and spoken
23. German would be a plus
