Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder you act as Customer Resolution Specialist (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
Participate in and contribute to a high performing cross functional customer account support team and customer resolution services teamResponsible and proactive management of the customer specific open order bookBuild and maintain strong customer satisfaction through industry leading quick response times as well as qualified responses to all customer requests and inquiriesHandle quotations and customer orders pertaining to the products including timely follow up on quotations, claims and orders in accordance with KPIs Maintenance of customer recordsDrive customer satisfaction by providing high quality responses to all customer related requests for spare parts and related servicesMaintenance and development of the customer service quality levelDirectly contribute to the increase in customer satisfaction and enhance internal and external communication related to customer material order performanceSupport organisation in securing on-time material delivery to meet customer expectations Train and Support our customers in using our e-commerce platforms Participate in back-up arrangements in support of absence by other Customer Resolution SpecialistsParticipate in periodic functional and cross-functional activities (e.g. projects, meetings etc) as per agreement with the ManagerYour profile:
Completed studies in supply chain / logistics, buiseness administration, industrial engineering or comparableProfessional experience in procurement, customer service and logisticsExperience in the field of shipping or aviation is an advantageGood knowledge of SAP and Google WorkshopHigh proficiency in English both written and spokenGerman would be a plusYour partner:
