Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Ensure the legal interests of adidas AG in individual and collective labor law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clear, business-minded, legal advice to HR, business-, function-, and project stakeholders in all individual and collective labor law related matters
* Draft and review employment contract templates/clauses and company agreements
* Implementation and improvement of standards and processes incl. template management
* Deliver expert opinions, identify best-practices and support implementation concepts
* Representation in interactions with external counsel, labor courts and authorities
* Conduct internal labor law trainings
* Active support and close cooperation with other global legal team members

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
* Fully qualified lawyer (final grade of "fully satisfactory")
* Ideally, certified employment-law specialist (Fachanwalt*in/für Arbeitsrecht)
* 2-3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an international company or in an international law firm
* Business-fluent English and German, both written and spoken
* Good MS-Office 365 skills
