We are recruiting on behalf of an international leader in the cannabis nutrients industry, currently expanding its presence across Europe. We’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative based in Germany to drive growth and strengthen client relationships with distributors, grow shop, CSC and the cannabis cultivation sector in general.
This is a remote position involving frequent travel. Approximately 80% of the time will be dedicated to client visits across the assigned regions in Germany, while the remaining 20% will be home-based for reporting, planning, and client follow-ups. A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are required for this position.
The role also requires availability to travel internationally 4/5 times per year to attend key industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Reporting directly to the European Sales Director, you’ll be responsible for developing the market, offering technical-commercial support, and building lasting partnerships with key players in the industry.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Native or near-native German and fluent English (minimum B2/C1 level)
Valid driving license and access to your own vehicle (required)
At least 2 years of experience in sales (agriculture, horticulture, or cannabis-related preferred)
Good understanding of cannabis cultivation, agronomy, and fertilizer products
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Professional and proactive
Results-oriented attitude
Residency in Germany and willingness to travel frequently
Familiarity with CRM tools and client pipeline management
Prior experience working in the cannabis industry is a strong plus
