Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-driven insights on labor market trends, shaping hiring strategies, and championing diversity and inclusion by ensuring diverse candidate pools.What you will be doingWhat you will be doing?Engage with Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, overall expectations, timeframes, candidate pool quality and quantity.Support Account Director / Talent Acquisition Manager on monthly reporting at all stages of the recruitment process for review with client, including statistics on D&I applications and conversion rates.Become Client’s storyteller, sharing inspiring information with candidates about the client, their business strategy, culture, and current and future opportunities.Leverage sourcing channels including PageGroup systems, Client ATS, LinkedIn, job boards, internet sourcing, social networking, employee referrals and networking events.Identify talent in hard-to-reach places, learn about their skills and motivations, and educate them on the client’s culture and opportunities.Research target companies and locations to attract talent, prioritise outreach accordingly.Develop, grow and maintain a network of external prospects to feed into and nurture the client’s talent pools.Provide data and market insights to stakeholders and business leaders, making strong recommendations to inform key recruiting decisions.Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation in the applicant tracking system on candidates, interactions with hiring managers, and other recruiting activities.QualificationsWhat you will bringEnglish and German fluent is a must.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within pharma or engineering (leading hiring initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and managing recruitment pipelines) in-house, RPO or agency experience.Understand the end-to-end hiring process and manage high-volume recruitment needs effectively.Experience in candidate assessment and interviewing (phone and video interviews, evaluating candidate suitability, and providing feedback to hiring managers).Familiarity with employer branding techniques to tailor job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience at each stage.Knowledge of DEI principles and best practices in recruitment with ability to foster an inclusive hiring environment.Demonstrate ownership, inclusivity, curiosity, collaboration, commitment and resilience to achieve excellence.Rewards and benefitsWe offer a comprehensive remuneration and benefits package, including:The possibility of a career with Page Group — however this position starts with a 12-month contract.Flexible working / full remote working model.Defined career progression across all brands and client settings, worldwide.Family-friendly enhanced policies.Job detailsSeniority level: AssociateEmployment type: ContractJob function: Human ResourcesIndustries: Staffing and RecruitingGet notified about new Talent Acquisition Partner jobs in Germany. #J-18808-Ljbffr
