Key Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, including personnel file and employment documentation. Manage and track employees’ attendance, vacation, and leave records, ensuring accurate and timely updates. Support employee relations by assisting with communication, resolving minor issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure HR operations comply with local labor laws and employment regulations in the EU. Support the process of work permit and visa applications for international employees. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions. Coordinate with payroll and accounting to ensure accurate HR data and salary inputs. Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an international or EU context. Familiarity with EU labor laws or HR practices is an advantage. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and German (French, or other EU languages are a plus). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Personal Attributes: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn. Comfortable working independently in a multicultural, remote setup. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
