Key Responsibilities

* Security Interface: Serve as the primary interface between customers and our organization, providing timely support and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
* KPI Review and Improvement: Regularly review and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with service needs and objectives.
* Reporting and Communication: Compile and disseminate periodic reports to customers, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in IT Security or a related field.
* Experience: Proven track record of 3-5 years in IT security, security management, telecom, and cybersecurity domains.
* Certifications: Hold valuable certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Lead Implementer, ISO/IEC 27005:2011 Risk Manager, and ITILv3.
* Languages: Fluency in English and French.
