Global partnerships operations manager (f/m/x)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, highly organized Global Partnerships Enablement Manager to bring complex, high-impact partnerships to life.

While commercial negotiations and business cases are owned by the Global Business Development Lead, you take over once the partnership is signed, owning the full cross-functional implementation and ensuring the partnership goes live seamlessly across markets.

These are not simple sponsorships. They are deep, strategic partnerships that unlock new customer growth and retention pathways for HelloFresh brands. They often involve:

1. Technical integrations
2. Developer involvement
3. New customer journeys
4. Shared value exchanges
5. Connection of systems, channels, or data flows
6. Multi-market alignment

Your role is to turn a strategic vision into an operational reality, coordinating engineering, product, marketing, CRM, data, local markets, and the partner’s teams to ensure each partnership goes live smoothly and delivers measurable value.

What You'll Do:

7. Own the end-to-end implementation of strategic partnerships after contracting, ensuring all technical, operational, and cross-functional requirements are met.
8. Act as the primary operational and technical point of contact for both internal teams and the external partner.
9. Work hand-in-hand with external partners to align on customer journeys, integration requirements, timelines, testing, operational mechanics, and launch readiness.
10. Translate partnership agreements into actionable implementation plans, technical requirements, and clear workflows that can be executed by developers and channel owners.
11. Lead technical scoping with product, engineering, and platform teams, ensuring integrations (APIs, promo logic, tracking, landing pages, data flows) are feasible and correctly executed.
12. Map and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring that new acquisition or retention pathways are seamless, intuitive, and aligned across markets and brands.
13. Drive cross-functional project management, coordinating CRM, paid media, product, design, retention, operations, legal, BI, and local teams.
14. Manage all timelines, testing phases, QA, and go-live processes, ensuring both HelloFresh and the partner are aligned and ready.
15. Ensure the partnership’s pathways unlock real customer growth and retention opportunities, tracking dependencies and removing blockers early.
16. Maintain clear documentation and frameworks for scalable implementation across additional markets or brands.

What You’ll Bring:

17. 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven marketing, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
18. Exceptional communication skills: Whether it's leading a project to completion or aligning internal and external stakeholders, you know how to get everyone on the same page and deliver success.
19. A creative problem-solver: You bring fresh ideas to the table and act as a strategic partner to both the global Paid Marketing team and local marketing teams.
20. Data-driven decision-making: You thrive on numbers and use data to guide your strategies and make informed decisions, such as (basic) business cases as well as campaign analysis
21. Adaptability: You embrace challenges and stay calm under pressure, excelling in fast-paced and ever-evolving environments.
22. A proactive, ambitious doer: You take ownership, drive initiatives forward, and make things happen with a sense of urgency and passion.
23. Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills: You juggle multiple projects with ease and know how to stay focused on what matters most.
24. Proficiency in MS Office (or similar tools): You’re comfortable creating reports, analyzing data, and tracking performance with tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
25. Understanding of partnership principles: A solid grasp of partnership strategies and frameworks will position you as a strong candidate.
26. Experience in a similar role: Previous experience in partnerships, business development, or related internships will provide a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to execute complex, high-impact collaborations.
27. Educational background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, setting you up for success.What we offer
