Looking for a finance role with global scope and senior management visibility? Join our Global Supply Chain Finance team as a
Finance Manager (HQ) – OPEX (m/f/d)

play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and analysis

Your tasks
As the
Finance Manager (HQ) – OPEX (m/f/d)
in the area of Global Supply Chain (GSC) Finance Planning and Reporting, you will

* Act as key business partner for GSC Central OPEX, ensuring accurate planning, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
* Collaborate with functional leads and HR across multiple locations to coordinate, review, and analyse financial results.
* Prepare and support senior management presentations (Actual results, Performance Management Meeting, Latest Estimates, Annual Strategic Plan).
* Serve as a super-user and point of contact for TM1 and Power BI, supporting teams during planning cycles and resolving technical issues.
* Drive continuous improvement by enhancing tools, processes, and reporting quality, leveraging automation and AI where possible.

Your Profile

* Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional Experience - 3–5 years of finance experience in a multinational environment, ideally within FMCG, with solid FP&A expertise.
* Technical Expertise - Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and solid working knowledge of SAP (FI & CO) and BW/GPM; Experience with planning and reporting tools TM1 and Power BI is an advantage.
* Core Competencies - Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret large and diverse financial datasets and translate them into clear insights.
* Personal Attributes - Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and locations. Proactive and self-driven, able to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
* Language Skills - Fluency in English.
