Administrative Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and committed administrative specialist (m/w/d) for our location Wolfenbüttel at the earliest possible time.
* As part of the core team from EVENTUS – the Office Team, you are the face and voice of the company – first impressions count.
* No other area in the company is as versatile as the Office.
Your Mission:
* You are the face of the law firm and receive and care for clients and visitors.
* Coordinate the reception area and be responsible for appointment planning.
* Support our specialist departments through efficient office organization, including work with DATEV.
* Manage daily information flow, including mail and telephone correspondence.
* Be the interface between employees and clients.
Profile:
* Completed commercial training or comparable qualification.
* Experience in Front Office, ideally in a tax or law firm – would be great, but not mandatory.
* Good knowledge of DATEV and MS Office.
* Excellent communication skills and a well-developed sense of service.
* Proactive, solution-oriented working method and teamwork.
