Our client is a well-established and independently owned staffing group operating across several countries in Europe.
We are seeking a Country Manager to implement and develop the brand and presence in Germany.
Responsibilities for this Country Manager role include:
1. Opening new branches
2. Hiring branch managers and teams
3. Managing multiple teams across various branches
4. Monitoring branch performance
5. Liaising and reporting to the European CEO
6. Implementing an effective brand strategy and ensuring consistency
7. Building professional relationships with staff and clients
Profile
Skills & Experience required:
* Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred)
* Good knowledge of the staffing industry in Germany
* Proven experience in business development and management in a similar staffing industry role
* Self-motivated
* High personal standards
* Exceptional customer service and business development skills
