* System Support: Responsibility for the maintenance, further development, and digitalization of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to IATF 16949
* Audit Management: Planning, execution, and follow-up of internal system and process audits as well as support for external certification and customer audits
* Process Optimization: Identification of optimization potentials in business processes and support for departments in implementing corrective and preventive measures
* Reporting: Preparation of quality reports and monitoring of relevant KPIs for plant management
* Training: Conducting training sessions for employees to promote quality awareness and the application of QM methods
This is what you bring to us:
* Education: Successfully completed engineering studies (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or similar) or a comparable technical qualification
* Additional qualification: Auditor IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
* Expertise: In-depth knowledge of common quality standards as well as solid experience in QM methods
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and a structured, analytical approach to work
* Languages: Business fluent German and good English skills
