Your Responsibilities: Procuring and setting up IT workstations Handling support requests via phone and ticket system Supporting the logistics IT and the retail stores Creating documentations, FAQs and brief manuals User / permission management Support in improving user services Assistance with the supervision of trainees in the IT department Configuration and maintenance of telephones, mobile phones, tablets and the telephone system Your Profile: Degree as IT specialist or equivalent degree Relevant practical experience in providing IT-support and user help desk Service-oriented and strong communication skills Strong analytical skills Good knowledge of the MS Office environment Fluent in German, good or fluent in English (every further language is warmly welcomed)
