Design Experience Strategist
The UX UI Designer will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
* Design information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI for digital products.
* Lead the design of new experiences and enhancements to existing ones, from requirements gathering through to implementation.
* Ensure accessibility, mobile-first design, and user empathy throughout the design process.
* Conduct UX research to uncover user needs and validate design solutions.
* Use customer feedback, usage metrics, and research findings to improve the user experience.
* Stay up-to-date with UX and design trends by benchmarking competitors.
* Maintain a consistent user interface and experience by implementing and maintaining the design system.
* Communicate design rationale effectively to teammates, stakeholders, and senior executives.
* Advocate for design best practices across the company.
Profile Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science or a related discipline is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in user experience design is necessary, as well as proficiency in conducting user research methodologies.
Excellent written communication skills are essential, with proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish being a plus.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills are also required.
The candidate should be able to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
Proficiency with design tools like Figma is required, and familiarity with design frameworks like Material Design is a plus.
HTML/CSS coding knowledge is beneficial.
