To strengthen our IT department, which currently has around 175 employees, we are looking for an IT Administrator (m/f/d) Firewall and Network Security Your tasks: Support and further development of the IT network landscape with a focus on Cisco and Fortinet technologies Installation, administration, and operation of network components Administration in the specialist areas of firewalls, network segmentation, network access control, remote access (VPN), and remote maintenance. User support and order and fault processing in the task environment (incident and change management). Creation of technical documentation, network plans, and reports. Coordination of internal and external service providers. Your profile: Successfully completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study. Alternatively, completed IT training in conjunction with relevant professional experience in network administration. Alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience in the described area of responsibility (if the requirements are met on the basis of several years of relevant professional experience without a university degree, the pay grade will be lower).
