The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team in Darmstadt. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a multinational environment, supporting a wide range of HR processes and contributing to strategic initiatives across our European operations.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
* Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
* Support HR administrative tasks including employee documentation and data management.
* Collaborate on training and development programs.
* Participate in internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
* Contribute to HR reporting and process improvement projects.
🎓 Your Profile
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in HR and a proactive attitude toward learning.
* Proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
* Good organizational and communication skills.
* Familiarity with MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
* Experience or knowledge of Factorial HR software is highly valued.
