It combines advanced content-based image retrieval (CBIR) with radiology knowledge, seamlessly fitting into a radiologist’s workflow via PACS integration.Against the grain in the market, our solution focuses specifically on the complicated medical cases with high associated costs in terms of patient outcomes as well as time and money for providers. Our vision for RadioEye is to be the diagnosis support tool to that encompasses broad variants of pathologies from head to toe as the standard reference tool in radiology worldwide. Our team unites outstanding clinical, research, and technological expertise, coupled with broad access to reference cases of leading institutions internationally.To complete our founding team and drive our business to the next level, we are looking for a Business Lead and Co-Founder.Your MissionAs our Business Lead and Co-Founder, your mission is to secure the necessary funding to launch RadioEye and to architect the commercial strategy that will drive our growth. You will be the business cornerstone of our founding team, translating our groundbreaking technology into a successful, market-leading enterprise.Your RoleYou will take the lead on all business-related aspects of the company, with three primary areas of focus:Own and lead the seed funding process from start to finish, including refining the investment case and revising the pitch deck.Identify, build relationships with, and pitch to venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners.Lead negotiations and successfully close the seed funding round to capitalize the company for launch and initial growth.Business StrategyRevise the go-to-market strategy, defining target customer segments, pricing models, and the economic value proposition for hospitals and healthcare providers.Revise the comprehensive business plan and financial models to guide the company's strategic decisions and long-term growth.Identify and cultivate key strategic partnerships to accelerate market entry and adoption, particularly in the U.S. and DACH markets.Building the Sales OrganizationRevise the company's initial sales strategy and process for our hybrid B2B/B2C digital health solution.Drive the first customer acquisitions by personally leading sales efforts with key accounts.Post-funding, recruit, hire, and manage the foundational sales and business development team to scale our commercial operations.Your ProfileProven Fundraiser: You have a strong, demonstrable track record of raising capital for early-stage technology companies.Entrepreneurial Leader: You possess an entrepreneurial spirit, proven through experience as a founder, co-founder, or in a senior commercial leadership role within a startup.Strategic Thinker: You have exceptional business acumen with the ability to develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy from the ground up.Commercial & Sales Acumen: You have direct experience building and leading sales efforts in a B2B environment, ideally selling technology solutions to enterprise clients.Industry Expertise: You have significant market know-how in medtech or digital health. Experience with hospital procurement cycles and the healthcare market is a definite plus.Leadership & Communication: You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision to investors, customers, and team members.
