Fluency in English and German is a must
~ A Master’s degree from a top-tier school is a plus
~ 4+ years of experience in a business development, lead generation, or outbound sales role, ideally in a B2B or M&A environment
~ Experience in M&A, software, or fintech is considered an asset
~ Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
~ Professional demeanor, excellent time management, and a persistent, independent work ethic
