The Program This role is part of the Advanced Operations Global Engineering Development program that provides engineering and leadership development across several areas of Strykeru2019s business. Project Engineers in this role will have the opportunity for on-site functional rotations between the Advanced Operations, R&D, Quality and Operations organization, gaining highly valuable experience in key areas of Device Manufacturing Business. The program is 20 months in duration and begins in September of each year. Core training opportunities in both hard engineering and soft personal skills for example, validation activities in regulated industry, design transfer requirements, GD&T, additive manufacturing, six-sigma greenbelt, presentation skills, finance, and global interactions are integrated into the program. Exposure to Senior Leadership within Stryker and networking opportunities including global interactions across the business are a fundamental part of the program.
