I am working with a leading global financial services firm which is seeking an Associate Director, IT Audit to join their growing internal audit function. You will join a team of 11 Auditors and can be based in Luxembourg or Frankfurt and should already be eligibility to work in either of those locations. (No visa sponsorship available)
Key Responsibilities :
* Lead and deliver risk-based IT audits across applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
* Collaborate with global audit teams to assess IT governance, risk, and controls
* Draft high-quality audit reports and influence senior stakeholders
Requirements :
* 8+ years of IT Audit or IT Risk Management experience
* Professional certifications (e.g. CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP)
* Knowledge of IT regulations (e.g. DORA) and audit best practices
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage audits end-to-end and mentor junior staff
