We are looking for a dedicated Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Germany. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the implementation of the Patient Value Strategy (PVS) and work in a Europe-wide Learning & Development team.

Your tasks
Strategic learning and development work
7. Reporting line to the L&D Lead Germany with connection to the Head of Learning EU
8. Trusting partnership with internal stakeholders in the German G2M area
9. Building and maintaining sustainable internal customer relationships
10. Proactively identifying learning needs and advising on optimal support through learning solutions
11. Closing skills gaps by planning, implementing and measuring the success of targeted capability-building measures
Training & onboarding
12. Support and implementation of launch training (pre-launch, launch, post-launch) for new products and indications
13. Strong focus on the onboarding of new HCPPs
14. Translation, adaptation and alignment of training materials for the sales force to the business messages
15. Local adaptation of global campaigns and learning initiatives
Learning culture & facilitation
16. Promoting a sustainable learning culture based on trust, reflection, empowerment and knowledge sharing
17. Implementation and facilitation of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid training courses
18. Interpretation of globally provided content into effective learning experiences
19. Briefing and coordinating Subject Matter Experts and ensuring uniform training standards
Project & stakeholder management
20. Development of local learning content and project management with external agency support
21. Budget control and monitoring for learning and training projects
22. Collaboration with Learning Operations, event teams and administrative units
23. Ensuring compliance and local approval of all training materials
24. Coordination and communication with the works council on training and learning measures
25. Actively contributing to the goals and priorities of the EU G2M team
Your profile
Qualifications & training
26. Completed Bachelor's degree (Master's desirable)
27. Additional qualification in Learning & Development (e.g. CIPD) an advantage
28. Very good written and spokenEnglish (essential)
Professional experience
29. 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
30. Ideally experience in a pharmaceutical, commercial environment or in fast-growing, innovative companies
31. Knowledge of sales training or experience as a sales representative or in sales management desirable
32. Proven experience in implementing national L&D programs
33. Experience working directly with executives
34. Experience in cross-functional teams
