ERP Coordinator (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central)
Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Coordinator with strong Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central expertise to join our growing team. This role will act as the key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the effective day-to-day management, optimisation, and support of the ERP system
.The successful candidate will have a strong functional understanding of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central, excellent stakeholder management skills, and be fluent in German and English

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support the day-to-day operation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
* Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
* Work closely with internal users and external partners to deliver system improvements and enhancements.
* Provide functional support and troubleshooting across ERP processes.
* Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementations, and user training.
* Maintain ERP documentation and process flows.
* Ensure data integrity and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* 3-4+ years' functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Dynamics 365 Business Central
* Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
* Strong understanding of ERP business processes across finance, operations, supply chain, or related functions
* Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into system solutions
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
Desirable:
* Experience supporting Business Central migration or implementation projects
* Knowledge of reporting tools and integrations
* Previous experience working in an international environment
