Job Description:
The German-speaking Senior Legal Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Luxembourg companies, from establishment to dissolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior legal role with expertise in managing international businesses;
* Proven track record of successfully establishing and maintaining relationships with clients across multiple jurisdictions;
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A strong understanding of corporate law principles will enable the successful candidate to deliver strategic guidance on matters such as company formation, structuring, governance models and the like.
