Strategic HR Partner Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to work in a dynamic environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to line management, conducting regular meetings with business units, and resolving complex employee relations issues. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing expert HR advice to senior leaders.
* Facilitating collaborative working between departments.
* Investigating and resolving employee complaints.
* Supporting leadership development initiatives.
We are looking for a talented individual with at least 3 years of experience in handling complex employee relations issues, fluency in English and French, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
