Your Role
You will develop innovative beverage applications with a strong focus on taste optimization and sugar reduction. The role supports R&T and flavor development teams by translating concepts into market-ready solutions, with a particular emphasis on fiber- and protein-enriched beverages.
* Develop and optimize beverage concepts and applications, from idea to prototype
* Design functional beverages, especially in sugar-reduced and better-for-you segments
* Apply and refine taste balancing solutions for optimal sensory performance
* Prepare and evaluate beverage systems, compounds, and emulsions
* Lead or contribute to R&T projects within defined research priorities
* Collaborate closely with flavorists and global application teams
* Act as a technical interface for customers, supporting trials and discussions
* Ensure proper documentation and sharing of results within the team
Profil
About You
* Master's degree in Beverage Technology, Food Technology, or similar
* At least 2 years of experience in beverage or food application development
* Strong sensory skills, with a good understanding of taste modulation
* Basic knowledge of functional ingredients (e.g. proteins, fibers)
* Hands-on mindset with practical lab experience in beverage systems
* Fluent in English; German is a plus or willingness to learn
* Team-oriented with good communication skills and curiosity to learn
