For our location in Mannheim (remote working possible), we are looking for the following person to start as soon as possible:
Marketing Executive - Patient and Volunteer Enrolment (m/f/d)
Full-Time
* Support the Marketing manager in the development and execution of the local marketing and lead gen plan
* Develop engagement strategies across channels to drive traffic to the German recruitment website
* Manage marketing spend within agreed budgets
* Social Media and local recruitment website,
e.g.:
o Responding to comments and reviews across social media channels utilising engagement tools such as salesforce.com marketing cloud and Instagram
o Creating blogs to be shared across social channels and uploaded to the German recruitment website
* Materials and content creation, e.g.:
o Working with digital agencies and other 3rd party partners to develop marketing materials based on target audience
o Design a recruitment strategy based on study protocol and requirements
* Lead Generation activity, e.g.:
o Supporting the recruitment manager and Patient advocacy team with marketing materials to support engagement opportunities
o Undertaking market research as required
* You have a degree in Marketing and are experienced in managing marketing projects in Germany
* You are proficient in English and German at a professional level
* You have the ability to self manage workload and prioritise multiple requests from differing parts of the business
* You are able to prioritise and deliver against internal and external timelines
* You have experience in managing social media channels
* You are willing work on site in Mannheim if there are on site appointments
