Director of Laboratory Operations
Key to the success of our organization is the effective management of laboratory operations. The Director of Laboratory Operations will oversee the daily activities, ensuring timely delivery of results and maintaining accreditations.
* Primary Responsibilities:
* Organize and structure day-to-day activities in the laboratory;
* Supervise work in the laboratory and validate results;
* Stimulate new analytical developments, including a timeframe for implementation aligned with business expectations;
* Maintain accreditations and further expand the accreditation scope of the laboratory;
* Support the quality team by participating in the continuous improvement of the quality management system;
Requirements:
* PhD degree in analytical chemistry;
* Track record in maintaining and expanding accreditations ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 15189;
* Experience in leading teams and people management, especially in scenarios of expansion and consolidation;
* Fluency in English (oral and written);
