* We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our sales efforts for onshore wind, PV projects, and battery storage systems in Europe.
About the Role
This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive transactions from creation to closure. You will be responsible for managing deal teams, creating teasers, conducting market soundings, and negotiating commercial agreements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Manage deal teams for sales transactions involving onshore wind, PV projects, and battery storage systems.
* Create compelling teasers and conduct thorough market soundings.
* Oversight of the entire process from due diligence to transaction closure.
* Negotiate complex commercial agreements with stakeholders.
* Presentation of transaction cases to senior management and the supervisory board.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in business administration or engineering, ideally supplemented by an advanced qualification such as an MBA or CFA. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on transaction experience in the wind, PV, and BESS sectors is essential. Your skill set should include financial modeling expertise, enabling strategic decision-making.
A robust network within the European renewable energy landscape is critical, allowing you to identify new opportunities and drive project sales. Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in an additional language is an asset. Occasional travel may be necessary.
