Job Description The Campaign Engine is a completely new product. Its mission is to enable self-service campaign management for Retail Media Partners, giving them direct access to AY's unique loyalty frameworks: Missions & Coupons. This creates a compelling opportunity for partners to drive customer acquisition and incremental engagement within AY's existing customer base. This is a greenfield role: you will shape the product vision, build the team from scratch, and drive execution from day one. Build a completely new product from scratch: define, conceive, and deliver the Campaign Engine, enabling Retail Media Partners to run self-service campaigns within AY's Missions & Coupons loyalty ecosystem Take full ownership of your team's output as well as E2E feature conception & planning for the Campaign Engine Recruit and grow your team: attract engineers who share your ambition and have the skills to execute a high-impact product roadmap Steer an experienced development team within AY's agile working culture (SCRUM, Kanban): organize and moderate agile ceremonies (standup, planning, retrospective, feature demonstrations, etc.) Work data-driven, leveraging reports and analyses to derive actions that are truly oriented towards customer needs and business impact Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering to build scalable, performant product solutions Manage and communicate with all relevant stakeholders across Business, Tech, and Analytics’ Translate stakeholder demands, commercial goals, and operational requirements into actionable and scalable product solutions Triage operative issues, identify technical dependencies, and evaluate business impact
