At Olive Robotics, we design and build the next generation of sensor technology for robotics. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a kind, organized, and reliable Operations & Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative & Office Support:
* Organize office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace.
* Schedule meetings and assist with internal events.
* Manage incoming/outgoing mail and handle document posting.
* Accounting & Documentation Support:
* Coordinate with our Steuerberater and Manage our receipts.
* Procurement & Order Management:
* Follow up with suppliers and logistics partners.
* Track deliveries and manage simple purchase orders.
* Reorder office necessities and sample hardware.
* General Operations:
* Update checklists and maintain organizational tools.
* Assist in preparing for events or exhibitions.
* Serve as the first point of contact for basic inquiries.
Qualifications:
* Fluent in German and English.
* Experience with office tools such as Google Workspace and Excel.
* Familiarity with DATEV or accounting workflows is advantageous.
* Highly organized, proactive, and reliable.
* Friendly demeanor with a "get-things-done" attitude.
