About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Running replenishment for all SR Offline Full Price doors and managing the entire ordering process for all products and materials
2. Converting long term forecast strategy into short term replenishment on store level including stock up for event planning
3. Being main point of contact to Swarovski Retail doors in DACH region
4. Monitoring inventory at store and cluster level and managing the transfer process at the end of the season; ensuring all KPIs are met
5. Supporting the planning team in ensuring that a balanced inventory and assortment is maintained as also sales targets are met
6. Creating forecast & demand relevant reports as also topic related ad hoc reporting
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
7. Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of retail and merchandising KPIs
8. Advanced Excel skills and data analysis of large datasets
9. Experience with replenishment, allocation, ERP tools, or retail planning processes is a plus
10. Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented working style with strong prioritization skills
11. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills combined with a collaborative team-player mentality
12. Fluency in German and English
