We are seeking a talented trainee to join our Transaction Services Sales team. As a key member of this department, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Payments and Cash Management products, providing customer support and guidance to Relationship Managers, and proactively managing corporate customers for their cash management needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the technical and administrative implementation of Payments and Cash Management products
* Provide customer support and guidance to Relationship Managers
* Proactively manage corporate customers for their cash management needs (Payments and Cash Management)
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and summarize information. You should also have strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate tasks effectively.
In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with 4-5 years of higher education in an economic field. Experience in a similar position is considered an asset. Fluency in spoken and written French and English is essential, with fluency in any other language considered an asset.
