Requirements
7. Vocational training & 5 years or Bachelor & 3 years work experience
8. Strong analytical capabilities with solid background in process analysis & optimization
9. Excellent organizational & self management skills with the ability to prioritze multiple tasks effectively
10. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills, combined with strong interpersonal abilities to enable effective cross functional collaboration
11. Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions based on facts, metrics & analysis
