Job Description: Support the Mars Petcare R&D team and deepen your knowledge in industrial research in the field of sensory evaluation. You will assist with the day-to-day maintenance of the internal sensory panel (preparation, evaluate, report writing and panel engagement) and support Central and Regional R&D teams with projects. What will be your key responsibilities? Planning and executing sensory tests (discrimination and descriptive human sensory panels) Panelist training and engagement (newsletters, attendance, performance) Support development of prototypes within the framework of a defined project Support in providing recommendations for product development projects What are we looking for? You have or are in progress of acquiring an advanced degree in chemistry, food science or nutritional science Ideally, initial practical experience, preferably in the field of sensory technology or product effect, product development or flavor analysis in the FMCG sector The ability to work independently and in a structured manner Initiative, enthusiasm and a problem-solving mentality Talent for communication in English, German is a plus Good MS Office skills What can you expect from Mars?
