A Snapshot of Your Day You’ll join a team that provides business relevant insights for decarbonization and the energy transition, supported by clear visualizations of power and fuel market data. Your day revolves around connecting electricity market information with Siemens Energy fleet data to support colleagues in Sales, Long-Term Program Implementation, Strategy, Product Development, Regional Leadership, and Service Operations across selected EMEA/APAC markets. You lead stakeholder-facing work in the RoW (Rest of world) region, ensuring market assumptions are aligned, analytical results are clearly explained, and insights are applied to real business decisions. Expect daily collaboration, discussion, and scenario work that turns analysis into decisions supporting stronger business cases and negotiations.
How You’ll Make an Impact Collaboration with global and regional leadership to orchestrate priorities and resources for stakeholder facing work in the Rest of World regionLeadership of stakeholder engagements to understand needs, define analytical scopes, and ensure alignment from problem framing to deliveryDefinition and moderation of business related deliverables to ensure effective use of analytics resources and timely, high quality outcomesResponsibility for prioritizing the business related backlog, managing milestones, and proactively aligning stakeholder expectationsGuidance of team collaboration with Sales, Upgrades, Business Operations, and Long Term Program teams to support negotiations, pricing, and margin improvementCreation and delivery of compelling presentations, ensuring analysis quality, clear storylines, and meaningful insights for fleet and product portfolio decisionsWhat You BringAcademic background at master’s level (preferred) in Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Public Policy, or an equivalent fieldLongstanding relevant experience in the energy sector, ideally within Siemens Energy Gas ServicesExpertise in at least one focus market (Germany, UK, Korea) in power market economic analysis, with additional European market knowledge as an advantageAdvanced understanding of power generation technologies, including thermal, renewable, and storage, as well as related business models such as upgrades and long term service programsStrong business acumen, leadership capability, and communication skills, including stakeholder influence, storytelling, and executive level presentation skillsFluency in English and advanced presentation capabilities; German language skills preferred
