In the position of Employee (m/f/d) Quality Support, you will be significantly involved in quality assurance in incoming goods. Your tasks
6. Sampling & laboratory dispatch: You carry out the re-test sampling process for non-EU goods and prepare the documentation and dispatch of the samples to the responsible EU laboratory.
7. Temperature control: You stop and document the data loggers as part of the incoming goods process to validate the integrity of the cold chain.
8. Training administration: You will take on the tasks of the Local Administrator (LAR) within the learning management system (iLearn).
9. Process support: You will work closely with the Local Administrator (LA) and support them with administrative processes.
10. Data checks: You will carry out the necessary SAFRAN checks as part of the data transfer of aggregated goods.
Your profile
11. Qualifications: Completed studies (Bachelor) in logistics, supply chain management or comparable logistics training with appropriate further training and knowledge of the regulated medical technology environment.
12. Experience: At least 3-5 years of sound professional experience in logistics and supply chain, ideally in a multinational company.
13. Customs know-how: In-depth knowledge of the Union Customs Code (UCC) and advanced experience in the use of ATLAS.
14. Leadership: Proven experience in team leadership and management of third party logistics (3PL).
15. Methodological competence: Practical experience with lean tools (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
16. Soft skills: Structured way of working, high willingness to take responsibility and the ability to have a stabilizing effect in a fast-paced environment.
